Rate of Pay (From 1st April):
Team Member £11.50 per hour
Key Holder £12.30 per hour
Team Leader £13.90 per hour
Bonus:
Everyone at Taylors is rewarded when their shop does well. We pay an additional top up to your hourly rate for all hours worked during months when your shops hits budget.
Team Member £0.50 extra per hour worked
Key Holder £0.50 extra per hour worked
Team Leader £1.00 extra per hour worked
Hours:
Full Time 35-40h per week, 5 out of 7 days
Part Time 10 – 20h per week, 2 out of 7 days
