£15.00 per hour
Flexible Hours:
3 days per week 6/8 hour days
Days can be flexible, shorter days can be worked over more days.
Option to vary during school holidays

Reporting to the Finance and HR Manager you will be actively involved in supporting operations across our seven shops and assisting with work in the Head Office which is situated in Gloucester Green. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow in an independent growing business in Oxford.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- 1 years’ experience working in an office based role
- 1 years’ experience working within a finance based role/bookkeeping
- Well organised with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbally
Main duties for this role are outlines as follows:
- Assisting with the purchase ledger
- Reconciliations of bank accounts
- Invoicing and credit control
- Assisting with payroll
- Preparing month end accounts
- Reviewing utility contracts
Desirable but not essential as training is available:
- Sage 50 Account
- Sage Payroll
- Preparing month end accounts
The probation period for this position is six months with biannual performance reviews.
