Rate of Pay:
Assistant Manager: Starting rate of £32,000+
based on experience with 10% salary bonus  scheme 

Shop Manager: Starting rate of £34,000 – £37,000+ based on experience with 20% salary bonus scheme.

Hours:
42.5h per week working 5 out of 7 days

We are looking for bright, ambitions and enthusiastic people at the top of their game to join our  growing Management Teams across our shops in Oxford. Managers are the heart of our organisation  and play a vital role in how the business operates. You will be involved in real business decisions and  will have a great opportunity to develop yourself further and progress with us. Previous management  experience in a quick service style operation is required and holding food hygiene and first aid  qualifications is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.  

Most importantly, we are looking for a foodie who loves working with excellent ingredients, who has a  real passion for coffee and who has high standards. Someone who is a real ‘people person’ and loves  interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
