We are passionate about giving you great tasting food using the freshest, highest quality and most natural ingredients.

That starts with sourcing produce that is as seasonal, locally and organically produced as possible.

Our beef and chicken is British reared whilst our ham, bacon and pork is from locally reared British pigs.

Our coffee is Fairtrade and the beans are hand roasted and organic. We also use organic milk, whilst our eggs are free range.

Our soups and sandwich fillings are all freshly made each day in our own kitchens using natural ingredients – including vegetarian stock for soups. We also use fresh herbs wherever possible.

This is a work in progress and there will always be areas for improvement – but you have our commitment to always be striving to do exactly that.
